We're looking for friendly, clean-cut, HVAC install helpers who have a positive attitude and take pride in doing it right the first time! Install helpers will assist the Lead Installer while he/she performs skilled mechanical installation and alteration of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and related equipment.

Job Summary:
Assist in Installation and/or repair of HVAC systems and duct work. Assist in Installation of various types of thermostats, filtration and equipment. Adhere to all quality and safety codes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Installer on repairs, installation and alteration of HVAC equipment, components, timers, motors and any other wiring system as needed.
- Submit paperwork within required time frame and correctly documenting customer information including but not limited to; name, address, phone number, equipment information, diagnostic and all recommend repairs.
- Communicate all parts orders and requisitions to dispatch/install coordination.
- Ability to speak professionally and courteously to customers, team members, and vendors
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
- Contributes to building a positive team spirit and puts success of team above personal interests.
- Present themselves in a professional manner at all times and respond appropriately to any questions customers or vendors.
- Flexible schedule necessary based on business needs.
- Operate company vehicle if required and follow all state and federal laws, as well as, maintaining the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle.
- Safety responsibilities & requirements will be provided in training and no tolerance will be accepted for the disregard of safety instructions.
Job Qualifications:
- HVAC Certification/EPA
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1yr Experience Preferred
- Valid Texas Drivers License/ID
- Clean Driving Record
Physical Work Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift up to 75 to 100 pounds.
- The employee is regularly required to use hands to operate or feel objects, tools or controls, communicate, distinguish or identify, adjust or focus.
- Activities involve attics and crawl spaces, being around moving parts and equipment, exposure to changes in heat temperature and humidity often occur daily.

Salary - $65,000 to $85,000(Performance Based Pay)
