 Job Summary:

Call Center Representatives will receive inbound calls, place out bound calls to offer services, answer customer questions and assist customers with the various needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to speak and maintain professionalism to customers, team members, and vendors.
• Self-motivated with good grammar and a professional phone presence.
• Ability to manage stress, difficult or emotional customer situations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs.
• Works well in group problem solving situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while completing daily goals.
• Responds promptly to customer service requests and assists with all customers’ questions and concerns.
• Contribute to building a positive team spirit and puts success of team above personal interests.
• Self-motivated with good grammar and a professional phone presence.
• Responsible for answering inbound and placing outbound calls.
• Complete and receive calls using call taking features and scripts given in training.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Time management skills
• Basic software understanding
• Self-motivation
• Computer/Typing skills
• Service Titan (preferred)
