Seasonal Customer Service Representative

The Remote Customer Service Representative position is paid hourly. MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE USING SERVICE TITAN!

Job Type: Part-Time
Hours: 30–40 hours/week (Weekends Required)
Compensation: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner

• Accurately gather information regarding HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service needs

• Dispatch emergency service calls to on-call technicians as needed

• Provide updates and ETA information to customers

• Document all interactions in our CRM or scheduling system

• Follow company protocols for escalations and after-hours procedures

• Assist with scheduling and rescheduling appointments when required

• Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and team members

Requirements:

• Must live in the vicinity of Baton Rouge, LA.

• Prior customer service experience (home services industry a plus)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient with basic computer systems and customer management tools

• Must be available to work evenings and weekends (specific shifts to be discussed)

• Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical service scheduling

• Familiarity with service software like ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Schedule & Availability:

• Flexibility required to cover gaps and high-volume periods during the season

• Must have open availability but primarily looking for weekend availability. (Friday-Monday)
• Remote can be discussed with prior experience being met
