Answer and prioritize emergency and non-emergency service calls
Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installations and repairs
Maintain accurate customer records in our database
Coordinate with field teams to troubleshoot service issues
Ensure clear and timely communication between customers and technicians
Play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently
1+ year of experience in a call center, dispatch, or customer support role (required)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a customer-first attitude
Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software is a plus
Location: Baton Rouge, LA (On-site)
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
