HVAC - Apprentice

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Southern Air of Shreveport is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service team

What you will do:

• Work closely with the Installation department and any others necessary to provide timely and accurate installation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
• For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it
• Document work performed in accordance with company procedure
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager

Requirement

• Basic HVAC knowledge
• Must be EPA 608 Universal certified
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity
